Our cattle are polled Hereford-Angus and live in the hills of Chilmark. We maintain a herd of 16 to 24 head. They are grass fed free range animals.

Our animals are naturally raised, free range, and without the use of hormones. Our beef may taste different than store bought beef because they are all grass fed vs the grain diet most herds are on.  Our beef generally has more flavor, a finer texture, and less overall fat; this makes it less tender but great tasting meat, try it for yourself.
